The Irrelevant Minimum Wage II

Hello. Further to minimum wage, here are my thoughts as to why you should be suspicious of a company that offers only minimum wage:

1. A big corporation such as Walmart is making a fortune. Can they spare an extra $2/hour for an employee? I think so
2. If a small company cannot afford $2/hour more per employee, then are they going to be in business for much longer? If not, is it better to look for a job now, rather than wait for them to go bankrupt?
3. Are you willing to settle for minimum wage? I know we all get into situations where any money will help. But isn't it best to shop around, and/or get creative? Can you come up with an idea that will generate minimum wage income? Try it!

The above reasons are why I think we shouldn't settle for minimum wage.
